Role Overview
The JP Private Bank Digital Team is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to help drive the Private Bank’s client experience. This role will partner closely with advisors, banking teams, sales leadership, marketing, analytics, design, technology, data science, and AI teams to improve how prospects are captured, prioritized, nurtured, converted, and measured across digital and advisor-led channels.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Execution
- Support the product strategy and roadmap for Private Bank client digital experience
- Translate advisor, banker, and leadership needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success criteria.
- Partner with design, technology, analytics, data science, and AI teams to deliver digital tools that improve prospect visibility, workflow efficiency, and conversion outcomes.
- Manage product backlog prioritization in partnership with senior product leads and business stakeholders.
- Drive execution across discovery, requirements, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
AI-Driven Client and Advisor Enablement
- Interest or experience using AI to support product delivery and insights
- Explore opportunities to use AI to help advisors better identify, prioritize, and engage with high-potential prospects.
- Partner with data science, analytics, and technology teams to evaluate AI-enabled capabilities such as lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, automated insights, outreach support, pipeline summaries, and prospect research assistance.
- Help define responsible, advisor-centered AI use cases that improve productivity while supporting appropriate controls, transparency, and user trust.
- Gather advisor feedback on AI-powered tools to ensure recommendations are practical, explainable, and aligned to real-world workflows.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of AI-enabled features and recommend enhancements based on data and user feedback.
Advisor & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a voice of the advisor within the Digital Team, bringing practical insight from the field into product decisions.
- Conduct user interviews, feedback sessions, journey mapping, and workflow reviews with advisors, bankers, managers, and support teams.
- Build strong relationships with Private Bank stakeholders to understand business priorities and ensure digital solutions align with advisor needs.
- Support training, communications, and adoption efforts for new or enhanced lead, prospect, and AI-enabled tools.
Data, Measurement & Optimization
- Define KPIs for lead management and prospect growth, including lead volume, lead quality, assignment timeliness, follow-up activity, conversion rates, advisor adoption, and AI feature engagement.
- Partner with analytics and reporting teams to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use data and user feedback to recommend enhancements, prioritize features, and improve business outcomes.
- Help create consistent measurement frameworks for prospect pipeline management across teams and regions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management, financial services, wealth management, banking, sales enablement, CRM, digital transformation, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the advisor or banker workflow, especially around prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management, and client acquisition.
- Demonstrated interest in AI, data-driven decisioning, automation, or digital productivity tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and partner effectively with design, technology, analytics, data science, and business teams.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to assess performance, identify trends, and make product recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in client engagement or as a Private Bank advisor, banker, portfolio associate, client advisor, or member of a banking team.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth client segments.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Interest in emerging AI capabilities and how they can be responsibly applied to improve advisor workflows, sales effectiveness, and client acquisition.
- Understanding of digital adoption, change management, and field enablement within a large financial institution.
