Who Are We Looking For?
Vestwell is looking for a Desktop Support Lead to join our CorpIT team with a focus on managing and supporting our macOS environment through JAMF. This role will be responsible for administering and optimizing JAMF to ensure consistent hardware setup, security, and compliance across our employee base. You’ll provide on-site support in our Austin office while also assisting remote staff and other locations. In addition to troubleshooting and repair, you’ll play a key role in engineering access, enforcing IT policies, and collaborating closely with CorpIT, DevOps, Security, and other teams.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Manage and implement optimizations to automate day to day corporate IT tasks
- Handle break/fix of end-user technical issues
- Mac endpoint management through JAMF
- Manage and follow-up with any applicable tickets
Requirements
The Necessities
- 2+ years of professional JAMF/macOS experience including administering macOS environments
- Demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
The Extras
- Experience with mobile phone management
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking including subnetting, DHCP, DNS, access lists, static routing
The expected salary range for this position is $90K-100K for Austin.
