As a Senior Associate in Digital Marketing on the Card Acquisitions team, you will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of digital channel experiences and campaigns across .com pages, on-site advertising, and SEO to drive both enrollment into Credit Journey and engagement with card acquisition offers. You'll partner with teams across product, analytics, finance, risk, legal and compliance, brand, and external platform partners to align on plans and deliver results.
Job responsibilities- Support the marketing strategy for Chase Credit Journey by managing digital marketing channels including microsite, SEO, and owned ads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, technology, data and analytics, and operations to identify opportunities to maximize enrollments and grow card acquisitions
- Partner closely with data and analytics to quantify, report, and drive performance on digital marketing activities
- Lead site optimization and testing strategy roadmap to improve funnel conversion rates
- Execute structured tests — such as creative, targeting, and landing page tests — with guidance from senior team members
- Present performance updates and future-state strategies to product and marketing leadership to influence prioritization decisions
- Coordinate creative assets and approvals with creative and brand partners, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance requirements
- Support cross-functional coordination for approvals, documentation, and audit readiness; identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, with senior leadership
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and legal teams
- Experience managing a budget to implement tactics across channels and working with creative agencies and brand teams
- Experience navigating a controlled and regulated environment with the ability to substantiate claims and translate them into marketing language
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks, performance dashboards, or business reporting tools including Tableau
- Marketing strategy experience within a regulated industry
- Comfort navigating complex cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong presentation-building skills with an eye for visual storytelling
- Experience supporting budget planning
