JOB PURPOSE
Create high value content for Aldar’s group brand across offline, online and digital media such as calendar based social media posts, video content, etc.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain a steady stream of engaging, brand-aligned content in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team and retainer agencies—ensuring alignment with Aldar’s brand personality and pillars.
• Create diverse content formats including videos, still imagery, and infographics, tailored to the appropriate tone and visual style of the Aldar brand.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfil their marketing support needs across departments and business verticals.
• Proactively collaborate with internal teams to uncover campaign-worthy ideas that elevate and empower the group brand.
• Lead the ideation and development of innovative creative concepts with line manager that position the brand at the forefront of industry standards.
• Ensure continuous updates across all owned media channels, digital screens, and customer touchpoints to maintain brand content freshness and relevance.
• Collaborate closely with retained creative and media agencies to ensure consistency, quality, and overall projects management
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
Min of 4+ years of working experience in Content creation preferably in a marketing agency.
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:
· Proficient in MS Office Applications
· Proficient in using Adobe suite (Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After -effects)
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
· Excellent attention to detail and proven creative skills
· Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
· Ability to deliver under pressure and work on multiple tasks
QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing and Communication or related field
