- Monitor, review, interpret, and process corporate action events across global markets to meet strict deadlines
- Manage and handle Income Payments and Tax Reporting requirements
- Handle corporate action queries from RMs/ARMs and other stakeholders as required
- Ensure daily reconciliation breaks are resolved and operational risks are minimized
- Evaluate current workflows, drive process improvements, and coordinate system testing for new implementations
- Serve as the senior member of the team and point of escalation
- Provide support to team leads and department head as and when required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with a strong understanding of financial markets and corporate actions
- Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven track record of managing and resolving operational issues and minimizing risks
- Familiarity with financial systems and reconciliation processes
