Summary Generated by Built In

We are Noble People. A modern creative media agency. We develop original, bold and provocative media ideas for some of the most exciting brands in the world.

Media ideas that aren’t media. Media that isn’t boring. Brand ideas that people love.

We do communications strategy, media planning and buying, and reporting and optimization – but with a lens that respects creativity and without the nonsense that comes along with most media agencies. We are passionate, transparent, and values-driven. We strip out the old rules, find smarter ways to make an impact, and take a modern, innovative approach to media – always through a creative lens.

Role Summary

The Senior Associate supports Client Leads by owning internal account coordination, operational workflows, and execution support across active client accounts. This role serves as a central point of coordination between client teams, product, media, and finance, helping ensure campaigns and account operations run smoothly, on time, and with high attention to detail.

This position is coordination-focused and execution-oriented. While it does not own client strategy or account growth, it plays a critical role in enabling Client Leads to focus on higher-level planning, relationships, and outcomes.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Client Lead(s) to manage the day-to-day rhythm of the business, driving organization, accountability, prioritization, and execution across active client engagements
  • Serve as a primary operational lead across assigned accounts, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and next steps across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Own internal account coordination across strategy, media, analytics, and finance teams to support seamless campaign delivery, operational efficiency, and high-quality client service
  • Lead project and campaign management by building and maintaining workback schedules, tracking dependencies, and proactively identifying risks, blockers, or delivery concerns
  • Oversee operational workflows tied to campaign execution, including trafficking coordination, QA processes, reporting inputs, internal handoffs, and launch readiness across teams
  • Develop polished client-facing materials, including SOW deliverable outlines, agendas, status updates, reporting summaries, presentations, and meeting recaps with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Facilitate productive client meetings and internal working sessions by coordinating preparation, consolidating inputs, documenting decisions, and driving clear follow-up and accountability across teams
  • Partner with Client Lead(s), media teams, and finance to support revenue tracking, invoicing workflows, budget reconciliation, forecasting inputs, and staffing documentation as account needs evolve
  • Prepare recurring internal reports and operational summaries that help Client Lead monitor progress, priorities, and overall account performance
  • Conduct competitive, category, and account research to support client discussions, planning initiatives, and ongoing business needs
  • Reinforce operational rigor and process consistency across accounts while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency, including the thoughtful use of AI and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance work quality
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted operational partner for internal stakeholders navigating fast-moving priorities and evolving client needs
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while proactively escalating risks or gaps as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (marketing, advertising, communications, business, or similar) required
  • 2–4 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or agency operations
  • Experience working in a marketing, media, or planning agency environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Comfort working with financial documents, scopes, and internal tracking systems
  • Familiarity with project management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting workflows
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing and internal contexts
  • Detail-oriented mindset with an understanding that accuracy impacts client delivery

What Success Looks Like

  • Client Leads experience reduced operational and administrative burden
  • Campaigns and projects move forward with clear timelines and fewer blockers
  • Client communications and materials are accurate, timely, and well-organized
  • Financial processes (invoicing, scopes, tracking) run smoothly with minimal rework
  • Internal teams feel aligned, informed, and supported

What We Do

Noble People is a media agency. The combination we offer is not found everywhere: creative approaches to using media space underpinned by strategic rigor through analytics and the application of the latest marketing science. While marketers are often forced to choose between data or creativity, we recognize they need both. Put simply, what we do is advise our clients how to invest their marketing communications budget in the most effective way to deliver an impact on their business. We focus more on business metrics than on leading indicators—which only feed back on a narrow window of activity. We execute our recommendation through buying media space in all channels (digital, search, broadcast TV, podcasts, out of home, social, as well as traditional channels); negotiating partnerships with publishers, platforms and personalities; and sometimes finding new ways for people to encounter our clients’ brand by creating entirely new media spaces. We’ve done this across many product categories including packaged goods, fintech, travel, business to business, food delivery, and entertainment.
