Regularly report business development progress and outcomes to senior management.
Organize Workshops for landowners and stakeholders.
Conduct business partners needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.
Monitor changes in industry policies and regulations.
Conduct market research to evaluate new business opportunities.
Design and implement training programs for land aggregation teams.
Develop and maintain a landowner relationship management system.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Over 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of PV permit regulations.
Market analysis skills specifically for PV development.
Strong business development mindset.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Resilience under pressure and openness to constructive feedback.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
