Grab Insure team is a dynamic and diverse group of professionals dedicated to improving the insurance landscape in Southeast Asia. We work collaboratively to develop insurance products and services, using the latest technology and data analytics. By combining our technical expertise with an understanding of the insurance market, we aim to provide accessible and affordable insurance solutions to millions of users across the region.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Business Development to join our dynamic team. You will achieve business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships in the Vietnamese market.

You will report to Head, GrabFin Commercials and Operations.

You will work onsite at HCM City.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our market presence
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with main clients and partners
  • Lead negotiations for high-value deals and contracts
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Create compelling presentations to team members and potential clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Contribute to the development of long-term business plans and growth programs

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in project management and account management in Fintech or relevant majors
  • Experience closing deals and meeting revenue targets
  • With the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools
  • Experience in project management and collaboration
  • In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese business landscape and market dynamics
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous
