The Analytics Solution team is responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems and ensuring that a strong environment exists as it relates to all businesses, products, operational areas and solutions.
As a Senior Associate - Analytics Solutions in our Bangalore team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This role provides an opportunity to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions to meet business objectives.
Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop data pipelines to preprocess and transform data for AI/ML models.
  • Applying advanced statistical and ML techniques, to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Implementing optimization strategies to fine-tune generative models for specific NLP use cases, ensuring high-quality outputs in summarization and text generation.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 8+ yrs of experience with Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative subject
  • Proven experience in building and operating scalable ML-driven products in Python
  • Applied expertise in Analytical App development: Streamlit / JavaScript / CSS
  • Hands-on practical experience in ML Algorithms / models
  • Significant experience in developing server side applications and REST APIs in Python using Flask
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, Testing and operational stability
  • Experience with No SQL database, Databricks, Snowflake, or other Cloud Data Warehouse


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Preferred having exposure to Business Intelligent solutions such as Tableau, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Cloud Platform
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
