About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Data & AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, supporting AI-driven applications, and working alongside cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions. What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and C#.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to build scalable, automated data solutions tailored to business use cases.
- Build and optimize data architectures for AI-driven applications.
- Develop and deploy AI agents using internal AI platforms on messaging tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Work closely with analysts, engineers, data scientists, and product teams to embed AI solutions into production systems.
- Implement best practices for data storage, transformation, and access across platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage and monitor data infrastructure using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data pipelines and infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data or Analytics Engineer.
- Strong coding skills in Python and C#.
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies (e.g., Databricks, Kafka, Spark).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
