Role Purpose
At LSEG, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Analytics Client Services (ACS) team. As an Associate Specialist in ACS, you will deliver exceptional service to clients using LSEG Analytics products, with a particular focus on the Yield Book. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in financial market, with a focus on fixed income markets.
As a trusted source of fixed income analytics for more than 30 years, Yield Book offers an expanded set of capabilities that include market-leading data and cashflow modelling for security and portfolio analysis ranging from vanilla bonds to highly structured mortgages and sophisticated derivatives for clients to accurately address their requirements. Role Responsibilities
- This position provides an opportunity to gain a broad perspective on various fixed income products. Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, taking ownership of resolving their analytics inquiries.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of various fixed income products, including IRS, structured notes, CMOs, and other financial instruments.
- Gaining expertise in LSEG analytics products, with a particular focus on the Yield Book.
- Assisting developers in testing new products
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of client service.
Requirements
- This is an Individual Contributor role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a financial or quantitative field
- Deep knowledge of fixed income/MBS products
- Working experience in fixed income/MBS analysis and investment
- Outstanding problem-solving and analysis skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Strong team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and VBA
