We are looking for a Senior Artist to join a growing slot game studio. This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced artist with a strong portfolio and deep understanding of game asset production for the iGaming industry. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality projects in a creative, international environment.
Role is based in Valencia, Spain (relocation is provided by the company).
Responsibilities:
- Independently create and document all game art assets based on briefs provided by the Art Director
- Deliver polished, high-quality artwork on time while maintaining strong file organization and naming conventions
- Collaborate with the Art Director to maintain artistic consistency and meet project goals
- Accept and implement feedback professionally and constructively
- Work closely with the art team and other departments to ensure visual excellence across projects
- Actively participate in internal knowledge sharing and skill development
- Mentor other artists when necessary and help foster a collaborative environment
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience as a professional Artist or Illustrator in the gaming industry (slots games)
- Strong 2D illustration skills with a portfolio demonstrating personal style and adaptability to different visual directions
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator at an expert level
- Hands-on experience producing assets for games or applications across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with animation tools such as Animate CC, After Effects, and Spine
- Working knowledge of 3D software and AI-assisted design tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of colour theory, drawing, rendering, and character design
- Ability to work independently with excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Effective communication in English, both spoken and written
