We’re looking for a Senior Art Director with a strong point of view and a deep passion for campaign thinking and big ideas. This role is for a creative who understands how powerful concepts come to life across channels—and who knows how to elevate an idea from strategy to standout execution.
As a Senior Art Director, you’ll work closely with Strategy, Creative, Account, and Marketing partners to translate insights into compelling, culturally relevant campaigns. You are fluent in the language of campaign—comfortable leading concept development, shaping creative platforms, and articulating ideas with clarity and conviction. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, and you know how to turn both into work that moves people.

YOUR DAY TO DAY- Contribute to campaign concepting, from early idea generation through fully realized creative platforms
- Partner with strategy and account teams to deeply understand client objectives and translate insights into strong creative directions.
- Develop and art direct integrated campaign work across multiple touchpoints, including brand launches, activations, and content systems
- Set the visual and creative tone for campaigns, ensuring conceptual clarity and excellence in execution
- Guide and mentor junior creatives, providing thoughtful feedback and creative direction
- Collaborate with writers, designers, producers, and external partners to bring ideas to life
- Confidently present creative concepts and work-in-progress to clients and internal stakeholders
- Work with vendors and specialty partners to ensure high-quality production
- Stay current with cultural, creative, and industry trends to inform and inspire campaign work
- Actively contribute to a creative studio culture that encourages experimentation, collaboration, and ambition
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Senior Art Director, Art Director or Senior designer with a strong emphasis on campaign work
- BFA in Graphic Design or Advertising preferred, or equivalent experience
- Skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Figma
- Portfolio the demonstrates concept-led, integrated campaigns and brand storytelling across channels in response to client RFPs
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), PowerPoint and Figma
- Demonstrated interest and skills in design AI Tools like Midjourney, ChatGpt, Nano Banana
- Bonus skills in After Effects, UX/UI/ Google suite or other creative tools
- A deep understanding of typography, design elements and principles, and best practices across print and digital
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative thinking
- Understanding of print processes and creative production
- Successfully manages time, process, and workflow in collaboration with a team
Location: New York, New York
Salary range: $90,000-$110,000
