Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Architect to join our Development Team in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the design and preparation of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Review client feedback and market requirements, making necessary design adjustments.
- Develop and present alternative design solutions to clients.
- Oversee the preparation of sales and marketing materials for projects.
- Conduct design verification and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, managers, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Provide design expertise and quality control support throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with external consultants, ensuring alignment during design and construction phases.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (5-year program), registered with ETEK.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office.
- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Archicad, Revit) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design and construction within a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
- Extensive knowledge of planning and building permit procedures across jurisdictions in Cyprus.
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to residential and commercial development in Cyprus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
