You will join a talented team known for forward-thinking and sustainable design, who are currently delivering major campus based workplace and commercial spaces. • Statutory Leadership: Lead the preparation and completion of statutory submissions, including Planning Applications, Building Regulations, and Building Safety Gateways.
  • Negotiation & Reporting: Act as a primary point of contact for project delivery; you will negotiate directly with statutory bodies, draft technical reports, and manage all necessary submissions.
  • Collaborative Delivery: Attend and lead meetings and workshops with clients, designers, contractors, and other specialists.
  • Risk Management: Support the Project Lead in the management and maintenance of Design Risk Registers.
  • Sector Growth: Collaborate with the Sector Director to identify new opportunities, contributing to the practice’s design language and business development within the commercial sector.
