Job Title: Senior Architect (Application Development – AWS, Full Stack)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Architect with a strong foundation in application architecture, cloud-native development, and full stack engineering. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in building scalable, secure applications on AWS cloud. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, architectural vision, and the ability to lead development initiatives across a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
2. Drive full stack development initiatives, including backend APIs, services, and modern frontend frameworks.
3. Architect solutions using AWS services aligned with best practices for cloud-native applications.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and DevOps for end-to-end solution delivery.
5. Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship to development teams.
6. Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation in solution design.
7. Develop detailed architecture documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.
    

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
2. 12+ years of hands-on experience in software design, architecture, and development.
3. Proven expertise in full stack development, including backend (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET) and frontend (e.g., React, Angular).
4. Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS, including services like Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.
5. Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, microservices, distributed systems, and design patterns.
6. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
8. Strong leadership in technical delivery and mentorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Python and exposure to AI/ML development frameworks and practices.
2. AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher).
3. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
4. Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
5. Exposure to mobile application development and architecture.
