Job Summary:
· We are seeking a visionary and technically proficient Solution Architect with deep expertise in AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, AWS Bedrock, Workato, and Pega platforms. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise solutions that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
· Design end-to-end enterprise solutions integrating AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.
· Architect scalable and secure systems leveraging AWS Bedrock for generative AI capabilities.
· Define integration strategies using Workato for seamless data and process orchestration.
· Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based business process automation solutions.
AI & Automation Strategy:
· Identify opportunities for AI/ML and automation across business units.
Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to embed AI models into enterprise workflows.
· Ensure responsible AI practices, including model governance, fairness, and explainability.
Platform Expertise:
· Leverage AWS Bedrock to build and deploy generative AI applications using foundation models (e.g., Anthropic, Cohere, Meta, Amazon Titan).
· Utilize Workato to automate workflows, integrate SaaS applications, and manage APIs. Implement and optimize Pega applications for case management, decisioning, and robotic process automation (RPA).
· Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Engage with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and align on solution design.
· Present architectural blueprints and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Governance & Best Practices:
· Define and enforce architectural standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
· Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
· Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or technical consulting.
· Proven experience with AWS Bedrock, Workato, and Pega platforms.
· Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and deployment strategies.
· Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API management.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect), Pega (CSA/SSA), or Workato.
