Job Description- Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications in production environments.
- Monitor applications, manage incidents and problems, and coordinate resolutions with Development, Infrastructure, and external teams.
- Execute deployments, changes, upgrades, and patches following ITIL and DevOps best practices.
- Support monitoring and observability initiatives, including tools such as Dynatrace, to proactively detect and prevent issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, contribute to continuous service improvement, and participate in on-call support for critical systems.
- API, Application Servers & Kubernetes
- Java APP servers (RedHat Jboss EAP) and java knowledge (heap and thread dump anaiisys, performance optimization);
- OpenShift & Cloud (kubernetes);
- API gateway integration (Axway/APIGee)
- RHEL Linux OS
- Dynatrace and other monitoring/observability tools (Jaeger, grafana, prometheus, ELK);
- CI/CD setup & optmization (GITLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype)
- Ansible and/or Terraform
- Relational DBs (MSSQL Server; Postgre)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
Skills Required
- Experience with APIs, application servers, and Kubernetes
- Java application server experience with Red Hat JBoss EAP
- Java knowledge, including heap and thread dump analysis and performance optimization
- Experience with OpenShift and cloud Kubernetes environments
- API gateway integration experience with Axway or Apigee
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Experience with Dynatrace and monitoring or observability tools such as Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK
- Experience setting up or optimizing CI/CD using GitLab, Argo CD, Jenkins, or Nexus Sonatype
- Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
- Experience with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
