Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Application Administrator to design, implement, and optimize enterprise application solutions that support business operations and strategic objectives. This role is responsible for leading complex initiatives across application platforms while ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless integration across systems.

This is a senior-level technical role focused on solution design, system integration, and optimization, with responsibility for mentoring junior staff and contributing to long-term application strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement application solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational strategy

  • Lead application deployments, upgrades, and integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms

  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through configuration improvements and architectural enhancements

  • Manage complex integrations across enterprise systems to ensure consistent data flow and functionality

  • Evaluate new applications and technologies, providing recommendations based on business needs and technical fit

  • Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance on application management and best practices

  • Develop and improve application governance, standards, and operational processes

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions

  • Ensure applications comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards

  • Contribute to architecture decisions and long-term application strategy

Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of application administration or enterprise systems experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to work PD Flex (first 6 months in-office)

  • Strong experience with Power Automate and scripting.

  • Strong experience with SharePoint administration

  • Experience with Python or similar development applications.

  • Strong experience managing and integrating enterprise applications or SaaS platforms

  • Proven ability to design solutions and troubleshoot complex system interactions

  • Advanced application management and integration expertise

  • Strong analytical and system design capabilities

  • Deep understanding of application dependencies and data flows

  • Ability to design scalable and reliable application solutions

  • Leadership and mentoring ability

  • Strong communication and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with API integrations, middleware, or data integration tools

  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, collaboration tools)

  • Experience with databases such as SQL

  • Experience working in cross-functional or project-based environments
