Thousands of engineers globally are shaping this platform, and our Prague tech hub is a key part of that effort. But we don’t just keep the engine running—we push the tech boundaries of what’s possible, alongside teams from Lisbon, London, and New York. Here in Prague, we have teams specializing in frontend development (including mobile, TV, and web), backend development (Java), DevOps & Platform Engineering, AWS, and data science. 

What is the plot? 

As a Senior Android Developer you'll play a key role in our innovative team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our global customers. 

Your daily tasks: 

• Develop excellent quality software using agile techniques 

• Design clean, maintainable and reliable code 

• Deliver highly scalable and highly reliable products 

• Provide technical leadership within a team, demonstrating deep expertise across multiple features and owning the implementation of complex solutions with minimal guidance 

• Promote best practices and shared ownership within the team to drive code quality, maintainability, and reliability 

• Contribute to the whole development cycle, analysis, implementation, testing and operation 

• Operation excellence and support are part of the development teams’ responsibility 

What skills do you need to play your role well? 

• Development in native Android languages  

• Android development experience 

• Understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Design 

• Knowledge of Android App Architecture 

• Experience working with Restful APIs 

• Ability to work well in a team, self-driven and eager to learn 

• Creative thinking, analytical skills, with attention to detail 

• Fluent in English
