Analog is seeking a highly motivated Android Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile development, a strong understanding of Android platforms, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications for a variety of devices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and deliver new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other app-related problems.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Collaborate in the architecture and implementation of new app features and services.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Perform code reviews and contribute to a collaborative environment to improve coding standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile apps in the Google Play Store.
Strong knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java programming languages.
Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and the Android platform.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and Android’s design guidelines.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug Android applications.
Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Espresso, JUnit).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
