Job Description
Senior Analysts for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the US (HQ: Chicago, IL). Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to create high-performing models that comply with regulatory and privacy requirements that address business objectives and client needs. Research and develop new analytical approaches for solutions. Test new statistical analysis methods, software, and data sources for continual improvement of quantitative solutions. Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for statistical analysis. Perform ad-hoc statistical analysis and present results clearly. Create clear and easy to understand documentation for statistical models and communicate results and ideas to key decision makers. Collaborate with team members to develop technical/business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools. Technical environment: SQL, R, RShiny, Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, Teradata, Tableau, AWS, Databricks, ETL techniques and frameworks, Linear & Logistic regression, K-means & Hierarchical clustering, K-Nearest Neighbors, Naive Bayes, Decision trees, Natural Language Processing techniques (BERT, LDA, Sentiment Analysis, Text Analytics), GraphFrames, and Neural Network.
Job Requirements
*Master's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field plus two years of experience in statistical modeling required. Required skills: SQL, R, RShiny, Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, Teradata, Tableau, AWS, Databricks, ETL techniques and frameworks, Linear & Logistic regression, K-means & Hierarchical clustering, K-Nearest Neighbors, Naive Bayes, Decision trees, Natural Language Processing techniques (BERT, LDA, Sentiment Analysis, Text Analytics), GraphFrames, and Neural Network. Telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field plus five years of progressive experience in statistical modeling also acceptable). #LI-DNI
