Senior Analyst, PDM (Product Data Management)

Job Description:
- Lead the design and implementation of the solutions of product master data in the enterprise level projects
- Identify the gaps across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate the findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Resolve the master data issues efficiently and perform the root cause analysis working with various business and IT key players
- Drive processes and system improvement working with the key stakeholders effectively
- Analyze large scale of data, design matrix, develop reports and present to stakeholders
- Gather business requirements, translate into functional specs, write test cases, lead UAT for system integration and report out
- Work with globally dispersed teams and mentor/guide junior team members
Key Skills
Business engagement skills, problem solving mindset, analytic acumen, strong project management skills, SQL, Tableau, ERP system experience
Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering/IT, Business Administration, or other related fields
- 6-10 years of experience in SCM or Manufacturing or master data area on business process improvement and/or system implementation/integration
- Project management skills - across geographically distributed teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL, QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- ERP systems experience (SAP, PROMIS, OPCENTER, etc.)
- Team player!
