Senior Analyst, PDM (Product Data Management)

Job Description:

• Lead the design and implementation of the solutions of product master data in the enterprise level projects
• Identify the gaps across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate the findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Resolve the master data issues efficiently and perform the root cause analysis working with various business and IT key players
• Drive processes and system improvement working with the key stakeholders effectively  
• Analyze large scale of data, design matrix, develop reports and present to stakeholders
• Gather business requirements, translate into functional specs, write test cases, lead UAT for system integration and report out
• Work with globally dispersed teams and mentor/guide junior team members

Key Skills

Business engagement skills, problem solving mindset, analytic acumen, strong project management skills, SQL, Tableau, ERP system experience

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering/IT, Business Administration, or other related fields
• 6-10 years of experience in SCM or Manufacturing or master data area on business process improvement and/or system implementation/integration
• Project management skills - across geographically distributed teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong data analysis skills (SQL, QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• ERP systems experience (SAP, PROMIS, OPCENTER, etc.)
• Team player!
