- We're transparent with our employees. You'll hear updates on company financials, how we're performing against bonus goals, and how we're responding to challenges we face.
- We're growing. For you, that means unparalleled growth opportunities and a role in shaping the direction of the company.
- We're fun. You'll work with and learn from the smartest people in the industry and have a blast doing it.
THE TEAM
Kepler’s Strategy & Activation team is comprised of forward-thinking media architects who blend technical platform mastery with high-level marketing intuition. We design integrated media ecosystems across a variety landscapes. Our team stays ahead of data privacy shifts and emerging tech to ensure our clients aren't just participating in the market—they’re defining it.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Activation (Amazon media), you will be a key driver in translating client business objectives into sophisticated media blueprints. You will oversee the full lifecycle of a campaign—from strategic ideation and tactical planning to hands-on optimization and insight generation.
We are looking for a "Strategic Trader"—someone who understands the why behind the how, leveraging data to tell a story and pivoting tactics in real-time to drive incremental growth.
What You Will Do:
- Refine your expertise in leveraging digital media channels for maximum impact – primarily focusing on Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP with opportunities to work across social (Facebook, Twitter), video everywhere (Advanced TV: YouTube, Hulu, TV Networks, FireTV, Roku, etc), programmatic media via DSPs (audio, display/native, Digital Out of Home/DOOH, etc), (SEM/PPC: Google, Bing, etc)
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for assigned retail clients and vendors; track, escalate and solve client issues
- Partner with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints
- Work closely with your Manager and other Kepler team members to design and execute sophisticated programs that deliver breakthrough client results
- Execute and monitor all aspects of campaign setup; measure performance using sophisticated data analysis
- Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual client insights and strategy reports; contribute to all aspects of ongoing program analysis
- Go beyond basic metrics to analyze the "so what." Use data to uncover deep consumer insights, optimize for long-term value (LTV), and refine attribution models.
- Develop and execute robust A/B testing frameworks (creative, audience, and bidding) to constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Act as a strategic consultant for your clients, translating technical platform updates into actionable business opportunities during weekly, monthly, and annual strategy reviews.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1-3+ years of experience working with Amazon Search Ads and Amazon DSP is required
- Knowledge of the Amazon Advertising suite, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Similar retail media network experience is preferred
- Experience with client and account management, with the ability to translate retail media metrics into business insights for the client.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
- Proven ability to move beyond basic execution into true "Activation Strategy"—understanding how retail data, budget pacing, and platform algorithms work together.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex Excel or BI tool data into compelling slide decks and strategic narratives.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage complex workloads in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
