The Sales Enablement, Pricing, & Transformation (SPT) team is the business analysis and business decisioning arm of Global Commercial Services (GCS) responsible for studying business performance and uncovering useful insights to architect GCS growth and strengthen the culture of compliance and control.
The Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics & Strategic Planning will focus on partnering with the U.S SME B2B organizations. THey will be a key thought partner to the B2B Leadership team in ensuring broader team’s ability to achieve sustainable profitable growth in a compliant way. This Senior Analyst will work very closely with several cross-functional partners including Operational Excellence, U.S. SME Commercial Effectiveness & Governance, Finance, SABE and other supporting teams.
The ideal candidate has familiarity with sales and account development teams and will coordinate across key partners to ensure there is alignment and collaboration on strategic priorities. They will possess thought leadership, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills, and will have a proven record of excellence operating independently and within a hard-working team environment.

- Thought Leadership: Focus on strategic thought leadership, including managing engagement strategy, goal setting methodology, rules of engagement (ROE), and assess effectiveness against business objectives
- Multi-Disciplinary Leadership: Ability to lead multiple and sophisticated work streams independently, and to work across departmental boundaries and deliver a diverse set of initiatives that result in impactful outcomes
- Superb Communicator: Ability to drive alignment among stakeholders and key partners; Ability to write compelling messages addressed to various audiences/levels within the organization
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with US SME B2B teams to understand business objectives and challenges to become a trusted partner
- Strong Analytical Skills: Experience writing scripts to address real-world business problems. Ability to apply analytical thinking to identify business needs, formulate hypothesis and implement scalable solutions. Proficient in Excel, Python and SQL with hands-on experience in data manipulation, automation, and financial modeling.
- Statistical knowledge: Solid foundation in statistical methods and their practical application in business contexts. Ability to conduct hypothesis testing, regression analysis, forecasting and experimental design to drive insights and data-informed decisions.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Data Analytics: Strong background with SQL and Python; Ability to extract and organize complex datasets; ability to address performance issues and to manipulate both structured and unstructured data
- Communication and Documentation: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivots and macros, PowerPoint deck development, Word documentation). Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, concise manner.

- Strong grasp of the Commercial payment business and Field Sales / Tele Sales organization
