We are currently seeking a junior Restructuring professional to join our Perth team. As part of our Restructuring team, you will assist our clients to restore stability and maximise value through financial and operational challenges on restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements. Partnering with boards, management teams and financiers facing situations of financial distress, we quickly identify root causes, formulate turnaround strategies and implement value-maximising restructures. We advise companies across all industry sectors and business sizes.

What you will do
- Assist with management of projects (including financial management).
- Apply industry and market knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues relevant to the client’s business.
- Assist with quality control on projects.
- Perform financial and commercial analysis to support key decisions and recommendations to our clients.
- Use or possibly develop financial models and reporting protocols.
- Provide quality service to clients and strengthening relationships.
Who you are
- Demonstrated technical knowledge.
- Prior 2-3 years relevant experience within a professional services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to deal with sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully.
- University Degree in Business or related subject and full Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand membership would be highly desirable.
