Our Allconnect Business Team is looking for a Senior Paid Media Analyst that also has a strong background optimizing customer experiences. In this role, you’ll work with RV business leaders across SEO, Paid Media, Customer Experience, Creative, and Engineering disciplines to scale & optimize our paid search channel and set the experience optimization roadmap for Allconnect.com. In this role you will help us establish and oversee the strategy and execution of our paid media channel and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns will drive core business growth objectives. Additionally, you'll deep dive into visitor behavior and performance, advanced analytics and audience segmentation, and help ideate new features and tools that enhance the customer experience.

*This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Charlotte, NC Headquarters or NYC, NY office (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.

What You'll Do:

  • Deep understanding and experience across paid channels with experience developing campaign strategies from inception to execution
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance in paid platforms, as well as internal reporting and visualization tools
  • Design, create, and report on A/B or mulit-varient tests to drive improvements across all KPIs
  • Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast and develop new strategies that will inform future decisions
  • Develop and deliver management reporting materials, reports and presentations
  • Manage one or more Paid Media and/or customer experience analysts
  • Operate as the owner of the digital experience, utilizing data and a deep understanding of our users to identify areas to optimize and to develop solutions that enhance the experience, user engagement and performance of the site
  • Work directly with Engineering and Creative teams to define features, communicate tracking requirements, and create a site experience strategy & roadmap to bring your ideas to life
  • Communicate timelines, goals, and performance to diverse audiences, including engineers, content writers, digital designers, fellow analysts, and senior leaders

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of solid direct experience setting and executing paid search campaigns and strategy at scale 
  • Developing and driving paid media strategy of complex digitally focused acquisition marketing campaigns
  • Experience communicating effectively with creative and technical teams to develop cohesive strategies for campaign execution
  • Data-focused and analytically-minded with a passion for marketing
  • Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Strong in SQL (Redshift preferred) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, has a positive attitude, is well-organized, and is adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities
  • Experience synthesizing data into actionable insights, building product roadmaps, and communicating recommendations to all levels of leadership
  • Strong team player with ability to communicate effectively across functional teams to drive priorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they become project blockers
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Passionate about understanding customer behavior and improving the quality of interactions
  • Experience in leading a team and developing talent through coaching, mentorship and direct management
  • Desire to work hands-on in an entrepreneurial, performance-based, analytically driven, and fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $90,000 - $130,000*
    • New York, NY Cash Compensation Range: $112,500 - $162,500

 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
