Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst will support the Operations Excellence (OE) team within the Industrial Solutions (ISOL) department, driving continuous improvement, KPI management, escalation handling, project oversight, vendor and stakeholder management, and strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of coordinating across multiple functions to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process excellence.
Need an analytical, well-educated, knowledgeable, experienced and motivated team-player with strong IT background, work ethic and integrity that will become a key part of the Global OE Team. Experience of an ERP system like SAP will be a strong advantage. This role uses business knowledge, IT background, ERP concepts and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction & KPI/OKR Management
- Establish, monitor, and adjust KPI and OKRs for ISOL, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Track regional KPI performance, follow-up with managers, and implement corrective actions
- Enable customer engagement through plant visits, maintaining a plant visit calendar and coordinating team participation
- Respond to business leader emails post due diligence and organize meetings with stakeholders
- Escalation & Issue Resolution
- Manage escalations related to CAM, system downtimes, and other critical issues
- Collaborate with ISOL teams to formulate reasonable CAM responses and communicate expectations to customers
- Engage leadership and delivery teams for timely resolution of escalations
- Maintain and oversee after-hours support and on-call roster for escalation management
- Monthly Billing & Financial Oversight
- Ensure billing data accuracy and support onboarding of new divisions and services
- Run monthly billing cycles, address billing queries, and process credits for errors
- Maintain billing data integrity for onboarding activities
- Small & Medium Project Management
- Handle project requests, define KPIs, and adjust them as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotes, create project files, and track progress
- Manage project delivery expectations, monitor timelines, and conduct closure activities
- Oversee time tracking, verify timesheets, and analyze cost overruns
- Vendor & External Partner Management
- Manage external SOWs, PRs, POs, onboarding/offboarding resources
- Approve timesheets, invoices, and purchase requisitions through workflow systems
- SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Functions
- Monitor SRM processes per region, ensure regular SRM meetings, and monitor satisfaction indices
- Follow-up on action items, communicate system maintenance, and participate in SRM calls
- Share process improvements, new tools, and innovations with the help from CI team
- Maintenance & System Activities
- Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and downtime with stakeholders
- Manage release activities, software updates, and system upgrade schedules
- Budget & Resource Planning
- Monitor ISOL budget, provide feedback, and support year-end cycles
- Collaborate with internal teams and Finance for manpower forecasting
- Trainee & User Training Programs
- Develop and oversee the ISOL trainee program, onboarding, and mentoring
- Organize quarterly end-user training, best practice sharing, and demo sessions for new capabilities
- Innovation & Strategic Initiatives
- Participate in innovation activities and strategic planning as required
- Day-to-Day Operations & Support Activities
- Monitor ticket progress, team time-entry, and ticket updates
- Coordinate activities with all ISOL departments
- Support cross-functional activities like audit, physical inventory, etc.
- Assist in resource planning, post-go-live hyper-care, and assist with solutioning/ideation
- Provide as needed support related to hiring, off-boarding, divestures, and M&A activities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process excellence
- Strong understanding of KPI/OKR frameworks, escalation management, and billing processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in Tier-1 Automotive Industry or Manufacturing sectors
- Knowledge of SAP and related enterprise systems
Preferred Attributes:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Copilot.
- Understanding of AI concepts and skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
