We are committed to building meaningful relationships and making a difference in our clients’ financial wellness. Our mission is focused on enriching the lives of our teammates, clients, partners, and the communities in which we live and work. Our values—Accountability, Curiosity, Teamwork, Inclusion, and Service Commitment—are at the core of our culture.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Private Markets team within Investment Management. This role is ideal for an investment professional with a generalist mindset who enjoys evaluating managers, understanding diverse investment strategies, and contributing to disciplined capital allocation decisions.

In this role, you will support the underwriting and monitoring of private market fund investments and co-investments, while also maintaining secondary coverage responsibilities across public markets, including equities, fixed income, and real assets. The role combines rigorous analytical work with meaningful collaboration across the investment team and regular interaction with client-facing colleagues.

While the role is investment-focused, success requires comfort engaging in a client-centric environment. You will frequently support Curi Capital Advisors by providing investment insight, analysis, and perspective for client discussions, portfolio reviews, and strategic conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sourcing, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring of private market fund investments and co-investments
  • Conduct investment due diligence, including strategy analysis, performance review, and risk assessment
  • Prepare investment memos, monitoring materials, and research to support investment recommendations
  • Maintain research coverage across public markets, including equities, fixed income, and real assets
  • Contribute to thematic research, market insights, and asset allocation discussions
  • Partner with Curi Capital Advisors to support client presentations, portfolio reviews, and investment education
  • Collaborate across Investment Management, Operations, and Finance throughout the investment lifecycle
  • Remain current on market developments, investment managers, and emerging strategies through ongoing research and industry engagement
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a long-term orientation in all investment work
  • Contribute positively to a collegial, high-integrity team environment

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex investment information and develop sound, well‑reasoned conclusions
  • Clear, professional communicator—able to present investment insights thoughtfully in both written materials and group discussions
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to perform effectively in a client‑centric, high‑integrity environment
  • Collaborative team player who values shared success, welcomes feedback, and builds strong working relationships across teams
  • Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments
  • Sound judgment and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with the initiative to take ownership of work, contribute new ideas, and continuously develop professionally

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–7 years of experience in financial services, ideally within an RIA, family office, endowment, foundation, OCIO, or similar allocator
  • Experience evaluating external investment managers and multi-asset portfolios
  • Strong quantitative skills, including advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with Bloomberg, PitchBook, and/or Green Street preferred
  • CFA designation or progress toward CFA strongly preferred

The base salary will be commensurate with an individual's work experience and educational background.
