We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to manage and administer sales compensation plans for approximately 200 Business Development professionals and other incentivized staff. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of incentive compensation—from data ingestion to payout execution—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing
Quality control: validate all data inputs and exported results; verify calculations before payout; identify discrepancies or anomalies; coordinate corrections or investigations as needed.
Manage data inputs and outputs: collect raw sales data (e.g., bookings, MBO’s, manual data collection), cleanse and validate data, ensure correct mapping to personnel and sales credits.
Run standard payout calculations under supervision and support the monthly payout cycle.; manage exceptions, adjustments, and manual overrides.
Support plan changes: when compensation plans evolve (new quota structures, accelerators, territories, revised rules, SPIF’s), update accordingly, test, document, and roll out changes.
Troubleshoot basic employee questions about compensation results and escalate complex issues when needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Finance, Payroll, HR to ensure plan logic aligns with approved compensation policies and budgets.
Administer sales compensation plans in cloud-based software: set up and maintain plan configurations (commissions, bonuses, thresholds, accelerators, quotas, overrides, repayments, etc.).
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, formulas); comfortable with data manipulation.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn systems and processes.
Strong communication skills — comfortable working across teams.
Organized, able to manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation, meet deadlines, and work accurately under pressure.
Nice to have
Previous experience in sales compensation, commission administration, or variable pay in a medium-to-large company.
Proficiency with CaptivateIQ — or equivalent sales compensation management tool — including plan configuration, data import/export, calculation logic, and dashboards.
