Purpose Statement

The Senior Analyst, HR Transformation will be based either in one of these APAC locations and support the successful delivery of the APAC HR Transformation initiative. The role facilitates alignment, contributes to project delivery, champions change management, ensures evidence of success, and acts as the geographic point of contact and change champion. It also co‑leads organization design and process harmonization under the guidance of the Workstreams Lead. Working in close partnership with diverse stakeholders in cross‑functional transformation teams, this role ensures local market insight, operational feasibility, stakeholder alignment, and consistent adoption of the future state HR operating model across APAC.
Responsibilities
1) Geography Point-of-Contact & Change Champion
- Act as the primary transformation representative for the assigned geography, contributing local market insights, regulatory considerations, and operational implications.
- Partner with the Senior Program Manager to co-lead and champion geography change management by role‑modeling resilience, accountability, and adaptability, while providing coaching and hands‑on collaboration with geography teams to implement change effectively, embed new ways of working, and deliver change management deliverables.
2) Process Harmonization and Simplification
- Co-lead one HR process harmonization and simplification area with guidance from the Workstreams Lead.
- Partner with various stakeholders in APAC to drive adoption of harmonized and simplified processes.
3) Organization Design
- Co-lead one HR organization design work area with guidance from the Workstreams Lead.
- Support local HR teams in understanding, adopting, and operationalizing role changes, new service channels, governance forums, and strategic focus areas.
4) Additional Responsibilities
- Responsible and/or accountable for any additional duties or areas of responsibility as assigned by the Director, HR Transformation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR/Business/Organization Development or relevant discipline.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP), Change Management (Prosci), Lean Six Sigma, CIPD/SHRM is added advantage
- Require at least 5 - 7 years of relevant HR experience in complex, multi-geography environment, with hands on experience in organization design and process optimization project.
- Expertise in HR operating model, organizational design methods and HR processes.
- Exposure to HR Centres of Excellence (COE) and familiarity with one or more HR domains such as People Services, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Talent Management & Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Service Delivery, or HR Technology is an added advantage
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment across multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of change management (e.g., communication, training, stakeholder alignment).
- Benefit of Asian language such as Korean will be added advantage
