About The Role

• We're expanding our sales operations team and are searching for a Senior Analyst to focus on our Go-To-Market data and analytics. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our sales operations through data, technology, and innovation. Join our dynamic team and lead the charge in optimizing sales operations with cutting-edge data, technology, and tools. You’ll design and implement impactful dashboards, streamline processes, and research emerging trends in the crypto space. This role is your chance to shape the future of our go-to-market operations, strategy, and tooling while staying at the forefront of the blockchain movement.

Your Impact

• Design and maintain Salesforce and Tableau dashboards that offer real-time visibility into critical sales metrics. By turning raw data into easy-to-understand visualizations, you’ll empower leadership and sales teams to make informed, data-driven decisions that directly impact the bottom line

• Writing and Submitting Salesforce Requirements for Improvements to the Automated Lead Conversion Engine

• Research and recommend new data sources, software, and APIs that can enhance our CRM and sales processes. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure smooth integration into Salesforce, expanding our ability to leverage on-chain data, project updates, and crypto market trends

• You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales partners to tailor Salesforce to their needs, designing custom solutions that improve the user experience and drive system adoption

• Working cross-functionally with DS&A to scope requests for new data pipelines

•  Analyze current systems and tools to identify inefficiencies and propose architectural improvements. You’ll help scale our processes, introduce automation, and minimize manual tasks, driving efficiency across the sales organization

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Salesforce or similar CRMs. This includes building custom dashboards, automating workflows, and enhancing lead management processes to drive sales efficiency

• Experience with API Integrations and CRM Data Enrichment

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is required

• They should be comfortable working with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that enhance sales productivity

• Customer-Centric Mindset

• Project Management experience 

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL or Advanced Excel for Data Manipulation: Having proficiency in SQL or advanced Excel techniques (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, or macros)

• Understanding of Chainlink Products and Ecosystem: Familiarity with Chainlink’s core products like Price Feeds, Data Streams, VRF, and CCIP, would be an advantage
