Job DescriptionMission: The Senior Analyst, Gross-to-Net position at IntegriChain is a member of a team of industry experts who leverage Life Sciences expertise to analyze, model, and synthesize secondary information and provide insights to our Gross-to-Net (GTN) customers. This role is for candidates who have built a working foundation in GTN accrual accounting and forecasting and are ready to own increasingly complex deliverables with growing independence, while continuing to build toward full subject-matter ownership of a workstream. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day GTN Close and Forecast processes.
Drive Customer GTN Close and Forecast processes:
- Prepare monthly revenue-related journal entries and ledger account reconciliations, leveraging both Excel models and the GTN software suite
- Perform true-ups based on actual versus accrued contra revenue GTN deduction items
- Conduct reconciliations of actual transaction data to the associated accrual assumptions
- Analyze and summarize gross-to-net variances for customers, escalating more complex or ambiguous variances to Specialist or Principal team members
- Alert customers to potential changes that may affect their business
- Track, maintain, and report monthly and quarterly operational metrics to direct supervisor
- Maintain regular, professional communication with customer points of contact
- Comply with internal policies and procedures to ensure SOC1 compliance and customer SLAs are met
- Participate in developmental opportunities and training to build technical and functional expertise
Drive customer success:
- Create on-time, quality deliverables while managing expectations internally and externally
- Execute and maintain GTN data and calculations within the GTN software suite
- Perform ongoing maintenance processes and communicate deficiencies through established reporting mechanisms
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting for customers, with guidance from senior team members on more complex issues
- Anticipate shifting customer needs and proactively raise issues to the appropriate team member
- Build relationships with customer IT, operations, and finance staff
Collaborate cross-functionally:
- Partner with the GTN Advisory team to support analysis of GTN-related data sets; triage customer issues and reconciliation variances
- Support cross-functional business teams in meeting the goals of shared service arrangements
- Attend customer, department, and company meetings
- Support the onboarding of new Analysts by sharing department workflow, systems, and customer knowledge

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Minimum B.A. / B.S., CPA or MBA preferred, with majors in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar
- 1-2 years of Life Sciences industry experience
- Accounting experience working on the customer side or at a consultancy is a plus
- Knowledge and/or user experience with financial systems is a plus (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, forecast tools, etc.)
