The Supply Chain Finance team partners closely with operations, procurement, and cross-functional finance teams to deliver insights that enable data-driven decisions across logistics. This role reports to the Director, Supply Chain Finance and collaborates with Logistics operations and Global Supply Chain Finance, while working closely with a Lead.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst, Supply Chain APLA with strong analytical skills, business partnership capabilities, and effective communication. This role will manage consolidation and reporting of logistics costs, while supporting financial planning and decision-making across warehousing operations.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can translate complex data into actionable insights. They build strong cross-functional relationships and bring a balance of financial rigor and operational curiosity to improve forecasting, reporting, and overall performance within the supply
chain.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Controlling, or related area
Strong PowerPoint and Advanced Excel capabilities, experiences with SAP, Anaplan, Tableau or similar enterprise system.
Strong ability to build collaborative relationships
Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and influence across teams
Curiosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will support financial management and planning for logistics costs, ensuring accurate forecasting, insightful reporting, and strong business partnership across logistics operations.
Support monthly close and forecast activities in collaboration with operations and Supply Chain Finance teammates
Partner with Supply Chain teams to provide financial guidance, insights, and decision support across logistics and distribution functions
Assist with in-year and long-range financial planning processes for logistics costs
Consolidate, analyze, and report financials, providing clear insights and variance drivers
Support key financial planning and reporting cycles, including AOP, budget, forecast, and quarterly earnings preparation
Leverage financial systems and transactional data to track performance and improve reporting accuracy

Skills Required
