Overview: 

The Senior Analyst, Digital Commerce Insights will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive growth and optimize SharkNinja’s digital commerce operations. The Senior Analyst, Digital Commerce Insights is responsible for analyzing data from various digital touchpoints, providing actionable insights to improve customer experience, conversion rates, and overall performance of e-commerce platforms. The Senior Analyst, Digital Commerce Insights will work closely with cross-functional teams including e-commerce, product, marketing, and UX, and will support data-driven decision-making to enhance the digital customer journey. 

Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Commerce Operations & UX, the Senior Analyst will be instrumental in transforming data into insights that shape SharkNinja’s digital commerce strategies across the Americas. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze digital commerce performance across SharkNinja’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) website and third-party marketplaces, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, traffic sources, funnel performance, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve the user experience, increase conversion, and drive revenue growth
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as site traffic, page load times, cart abandonment, customer lifetime value (CLV), and channel performance
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, website performance, and overall business impact, providing actionable insights to leadership

Customer Journey Analysis

  • Map the digital customer journey and analyze behavior at each touchpoint to uncover friction points and opportunities for improving the user experience
  • Partner with UX, product, and marketing teams to implement strategies that reduce friction and enhance the end-to-end customer journey
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify the most effective changes to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  • Use behavioral data and customer feedback to recommend design and content optimizations for SharkNinja’s digital platforms

Performance Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into digital commerce performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Power BI
  • Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and recommended actions
  • Work closely with the digital commerce, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on KPIs and performance metrics

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, IT, and UX, to support data-driven decision-making and provide insights that drive digital commerce initiatives
  • Partner with product and technology teams to track the impact of new features, enhancements, or optimizations on key business metrics
  • Provide data support for digital marketing campaigns, evaluating campaign performance, and suggesting optimizations for improved ROI

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within SharkNinja’s digital commerce channels
  • Analyze competitor performance and benchmark SharkNinja’s digital platforms against industry standards and best practices
  • Provide leadership with insights on emerging trends in digital commerce, customer behavior, and technology to inform strategic planning

Qualifications: 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital commerce, e-commerce analytics, or digital marketing analytics role
  • Proven experience analyzing e-commerce performance data, digital marketing metrics, and customer journey analytics
  • Strong experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Experience in consumer products or retail industries is a plus

Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data reporting software
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Reports to the Vice President, Digital Commerce Operations & UX
  • Works closely with digital commerce, product, marketing, and UX teams to provide insights that drive performance improvements
