The Senior Analyst, Digital A/B Testing will play a key role in driving the optimization of SharkNinja’s digital experiences through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing. The Senior Analyst, Digital A/B Testing will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing experiments across SharkNinja’s digital platforms, with the goal of improving user experience, conversion rates, and overall digital performance. Working closely with UX, product, marketing, and analytics teams, the Senior Analyst will help inform data-driven decisions that impact SharkNinja’s digital strategies and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

A/B Testing Strategy & Execution

  • Design, develop, and implement A/B and multivariate tests across SharkNinja’s digital platforms to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with UX and product teams to prioritize and test new digital features, landing pages, and customer journeys
  • Set up test frameworks and methodologies, ensuring that all experiments are statistically sound and aligned with business goals
  • Ensure proper segmentation and randomization in experiments to maintain the integrity of results
  • Create hypotheses based on user behavior, funnel analysis, and other data insights, and propose tests to improve conversion and engagement metrics

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Analyze test data to extract actionable insights and provide recommendations on digital experience improvements
  • Use statistical methods to evaluate test results, ensuring that findings are reliable and provide clear direction for decision-making
  • Leverage data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that communicate the performance of A/B tests to key stakeholders
  • Identify patterns and trends from test results to inform future digital strategies and testing roadmaps
  • Perform post-test analysis to assess the long-term impact of winning tests on customer behavior and key business metrics

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with digital marketing, UX, and product teams to continuously optimize SharkNinja’s digital experiences based on A/B testing insights
  • Drive iterative testing and continuous improvement processes to refine website elements, content, user flows, and other touchpoints across digital platforms
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, customer engagement, and other relevant metrics to identify additional opportunities for testing and optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business intelligence, data science, and marketing analytics teams to ensure alignment on testing methodologies, data accuracy, and reporting standards
  • Collaborate with digital product and UX teams to translate test results into practical design and functionality improvements
  • Communicate A/B testing findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across SharkNinja, from digital teams to senior leadership, in a clear and actionable manner

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital A/B testing, experimentation, or optimization roles, preferably within an e-commerce or consumer-focused environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Strong understanding of statistical significance, sample size requirements, and experimental design principles

Skills & Competencies

  • Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, or similar platforms to track user behavior and test results
  • Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistics and testing methodologies, with the ability to calculate statistical significance, confidence intervals, and interpret complex data sets
  • Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present test results and insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX, and development teams to drive testing and optimization efforts
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of A/B tests, from hypothesis formation to final analysis
  • Problem-Solving: Critical thinking skills to identify potential issues with digital experiences and devise hypotheses for testing improvements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex testing results into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Reports to the Senior Director, Digital Experience and Business Intelligence
  • Works closely with UX, product, marketing, and data science teams to ensure that test results are used to drive meaningful improvements in SharkNinja’s digital strategy
