Job Description

The Sr. Analyst, Data Intelligence is responsible for developing and executing marketing analytic strategies. The Sr. Analyst works across the Data Strategy & Analytics team to propose and implement performance measurement and analytic initiatives, as well as related reporting presentations.

What You'll Do:


  • Define measurement strategies for clients, inclusive of timely and comprehensive reporting and dashboards (future state) with an objective to evaluate marketing performance, drive valuable insights, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Manage projects that primarily focus on the impact and/or ROI (return on investment) of marketing activities (including but not limited to online and offline CRM direct marketing, cross-channel campaigns, digital advertising, promotional activities)
  • Subject matter expert for analytical tools and techniques, including advanced SQL and analytics software packages
  • Ensure delivery and integration of conclusions/recommendations and actionable insights
  • As required/appropriate, perform hands-on data investigation and analysis in support of program delivery, including development of conclusions and implications
  • Identify research and analytics initiatives to support strategy development
  • Create business cases for successful analytics initiatives
  • Design and manage strategic analytic roadmaps for clients
  • Present to clients and prospective clients on results of current projects as well as new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing analytics experience
  • Demonstrated experience in statistical and econometric analysis
  • Marketing agency experience is preferred
  • Experience with advanced analytic techniques, such as multivariate regression analysis, predictive modeling, logistic regression, factor analysis, forecasting, response prediction, advertising effectiveness, consumer profiling, market mix and ROI measurement
  • Experience developing strategic analytic roadmaps and managing projects and teams to effectively deliver them
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytic dashboard development, experience with Tableau (preferred), Domo, Power BI, Shiny, or other platforms
  • Fluent in SQL (required), working knowledge of R, SAS, SPSS, or any other advanced analytics software packages (preferred)
  • Advanced understanding of integrated direct marketing principles and cross-channel marketing measurement and analytic strategies
  • Knowledge and applied experience with marketing strategy and analytics design and delivery
  • Working knowledge of site analytics suites: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/SiteCatalyst
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to develop presentations, present insights, and recommendations
  • Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Proven track record of dealing directly with clients

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $91,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
