JOB SUMMARY:
Based at Stoneridge HQ in Novi, Michigan, the Senior Analyst - Corporate Finance will support corporate Finance functions - FP&A, Treasury and Investor Relations.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule – 3 days in-office in Novi, Michigan and 2 days remote, following completion of the onboarding and training period.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Treasury
- Work closely with global facilities to manage cash positions and foreign currency exposures, executing trades to hedge exposures where applicable (i.e. cash flow forecast, risk management related to foreign currency)
- Support insurance program renewals and allocate charges to business units accordingly
- Administer company credit card program
- Manage daily cash, ACH and wire transfers
- Manage monthly close activities
Investor Relations
- Assist with preparation of earnings materials
- Prepare Regulation G reconciliation in conjunction with the earnings release.
- Perform detailed tie-out of earnings materials to financial reports and supporting documentation.
- Review and summarize analyst reports and consensus data.
- Assist with preparation for investor conferences
FP&A
- Oversee consolidating balance sheet and cash flow forecasting for budgets and forecasts.
- Support function reviews and allocations/intercompany monitoring
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Three (3) or more years corporate finance experience
- Knowledge of financial systems preferred (JD Edwards, OneStream, Power BI)
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Tools; PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Ability to solve problems, escalate issues and manage multiple tasks
- Accuracy in data analysis and reports
- Must be able to work independently on projects and tasks and manage prioritization of workload
