The team operates with a builder mindset: identifying high-value business questions, creating scalable analytics solutions, and partnering directly with the field to ensure insights translate into action. It works like a small startup within the organization, with a clear focus on improving effectiveness and efficiency through end-to-end management of data, analytics, visualization, and in-field implementation. In short, it is an exciting place for self-starters who want to develop their capabilities, contribute to commercial analytics, and own meaningful outcomes.

Why This Role Is Exciting

•  Manage analytical projects or defined workstreams from problem definition through solution design, implementation, communication, and adoption

•  Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Technology teams to develop dashboards, data products, and automated insights that help business partners act with greater speed and confidence

•  Develop trusted relationships with Distribution leaders, sales consultants, product specialists, and other stakeholders, and communicate findings in a clear, business-oriented manner

Work Experience / Knowledge:

•  3+ years of experience developing actionable insights and applying data analytics in a corporate, consulting, financial services, asset management, marketing analytics, or sales enablement setting

•  Demonstrated ability to contribute to analytical workstreams, manage assigned deliverables, and convert business questions into practical analytics solutions

•  Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

•  Proficiency in data analysis and database querying using SQL; experience with Snowflake, AWS, Python, or similar modern data tools is preferred

•  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to communicate analytical findings through clear, executive-ready materials

•  Experience with financial transaction data, client analytics, sales analytics, marketing analytics, or the asset management industry is preferred

•  Experience working with sales, product, technology, or data partners and translating business needs into analytical or technical requirements

Skills / Competencies / Attributes:

•  Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to define issues, identify root causes, evaluate options, and recommend solutions

•  Ability to balance technical analysis with practical application in a sales environment

•  Capable of explaining not only the “how,” but also the “so what” and “now what” for business partners

•  Comfort working in an agile, test-and-learn, and iterative environment with shifting priorities and ambiguous business questions

•  Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills

•  Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments
