岗位概述
作为DXC交付团队的客户单一联络点(SPOC)，统筹 AMS团队(北京/合肥/天津&大连)的AMS服务交付，负责客户关系维护、SLA管理、重大事件升级处理和商务沟通。
核心职责
- 作为客户单一接口人，统筹所有App相关服务交付
- 确保SLA/KPI达标，主导月度/季度服务回顾
- 重大事件(Incident)和问题(Problem)的升级处理
- 变更管理审批和监督
- 服务报告编制和提交
- 参与24×7全员On-call轮值(作为升级点)
- 协调Data和Apps两个团队之间的协作
- 推动持续改进(CSI)
- 工作模式: Onsite（常驻客户现场）
- 负责应用清单: SL=Apps全线61个应用(北京RTM-I/AI/M365/Traditional + 合肥HF/CDP + 津连WMS/License等)
应聘要求
- IT服务管理/计算机相关专业本科及以上
- 8年以上IT服务管理经验
- ITIL V4 Expert认证或PMP认证
- 有客户SPOC经验，优秀的沟通能力
- 了解AMS/L2运维模式
- 有制造业或汽车行业经验优先
- 中文母语，英文流利(商务谈判+文档)

Skills Required
- Associate degree or higher in Computer-related major
- 3+ years IT technical support / application operations / system operations experience
- Team management experience
- Basic Windows Server administration
- Basic Linux administration
- Basic SQL database operations
- Experience with software license management (Flexera / LMT)
- Strong learning ability and ability to adapt to multiple systems/tech stacks
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Chinese native speaker with basic English reading/writing
- Participate in 24×7 on-call/standby rotation
- Experience in WMS / ERP / MES operations
- Experience with PowerShell or Shell scripting
- Experience with RPA / Power Platform
- Exposure to manufacturing / automotive IT environments
