  • Collaborate with airline customers to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies aligned with Boeing's safety initiatives and continuous accident reduction goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline leadership at all levels, including executive management, to influence safety culture and operational excellence
  • Oversee all aspects of AOSS customer engagement planning and execution, including personnel coordination, travel logistics, security and access arrangements, scheduling, data analysis, and presentation of findings
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to Boeing and airline leadership, driving continuous improvement in flight operations safety and compliance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in the airline industry with demonstrated expertise in flight operations, safety, training, and/or leadership
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in complex operational environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior airline executives and diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate complex logistics, and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 40%), primarily to international locations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Familiarity with Boeing aircraft operations, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices is highly desirable

Additional Information:
