Senior AI Solutions Engineer (f/m/d)

As our Senior AI Solutions Engineer (f/m/d), you will work on implementing a solution concept to scale up our business according to the company targets.  

You will work closely with Engineering and Product to   help them shape a stable production environment.  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and manage a detailed customer project schedule, facilitate customer evaluations and PoC.  

• Architect innovative solutions for our customers and external partners ensuring a smooth user experience 

• Interpret customer business goals and translate them into the clear technical requirements. 

• Independently design, deploy, adapt, implement, configure, and customize the solutions for our clients to ensure topnotch customer experience. 

• Ensure smooth prompt and fine tuning of Large Language Models. 

• Provide excellent technical expertise and guidance on troubleshooting to Aleph Alpha clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.  

• Draft and deliver impactful presentations on targeted products, demonstrating features and functionality. 

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with Engineering and Product to shape a stable production environment, as well as with Sales, IT Support, Operations, Business Groups, and the key users to ensure project success.  
   

YOUR PROFILE 

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning technology, and advanced knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models. 

• Extensive experience in software development projects in complex customer or partner environments. 

• Extensive expertise working on Customer-Facing, technical Pre/Post sales, or Solution Implementation Projects that set customers for success. 

• Strong knowledge of User Design Experience and User Centered approach to apply it in software solutions or Backend System Applications Design. 

• Both Solution-oriented mindset to solve problems creatively, and a proven experience in turning around complex projects with a relentless drive to results and perfect execution.  

• Proficiency in navigating IT Applications and Architectures leveraging your knowledge to develop intuitive solutions.  

• Ability to innovate, structure, streamline and drive execution of high-impact processes in ambiguous and highly dynamic environments.  

• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
