Senior AI Solutions Consultant

Mission of the Position

Mirazon is a scaling, people-centered IT company that believes technology should simplify work, not create more of it. We are looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of business process improvement, automation, and artificial intelligence.

This role is designed for an experienced technical consultant who can help clients identify inefficiencies, design practical AI solutions, and implement secure automation platforms that deliver measurable business outcomes. You enjoy translating business challenges into technical solutions and helping organizations leverage AI responsibly and effectively.

You value process improvement, governance, and customer success. You understand that the goal is not to build software applications, but to eliminate repetitive work, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency through AI and automation technologies.

Key Criteria / Requirements

• 5+ years in IT consulting, systems engineering, business systems, automation, or related technical roles
• 2+ years of experience implementing AI, automation, or business process improvement solutions
• Experience leading client-facing technical projects

Key Accountabilities

AI Strategy & Business Process Consulting

• Conduct business process discovery workshops
• Identify opportunities to:
  • Reduce labor costs
  • Automate repetitive tasks
  • Improve operational efficiency
  • Enhance decision-making
• Develop AI roadmaps and implementation plans
• Perform AI readiness assessments
• Provide executive-level recommendations and ROI analysis
• Assist sales and engineering teams with AI opportunity identification and solution scoping

AI Solution Architecture & Implementation

• Design and deploy:
  • AI knowledge assistants
  • Business intelligence assistants
  • Workflow automation solutions
  • Microsoft Copilot environments
  • AI governance frameworks
• Develop integrations between:
  • Microsoft 365
  • SharePoint
  • Line of Business applications
  • ERP systems
  • CRM platforms
• Establish secure AI access controls and guardrails
• Oversee testing, deployment, and solution adoption

Client & Executive Communication

• Act as a trusted advisor for AI initiatives
• Translate business objectives into technical solutions
• Present recommendations to leadership teams
• Conduct customer workshops and training sessions
• Provide ongoing strategic guidance regarding AI adoption
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Documentation & Practice Development

• Develop reusable implementation frameworks
• Create AI governance standards and best practices
• Maintain solution architecture documentation
• Develop standard operating procedures
• Contribute to service catalog development
• Support continuous improvement of Mirazon's AI practice
