• Location: Onsite or Hybrid at Newark, NJ
We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with a deep understanding of the payer (health insurance) industry to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with payer-specific use cases, including provider data management and call center transformation, while leveraging Azure cloud services and Databricks as key components of the data and AI stack.


Key Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end AI solutions aligned with payer business objectives, especially in areas like:
• Provider data ingestion, validation, and enrichment
• Call center optimization (e.g., virtual assistants, NLP-based insights, sentiment analysis)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate payer use cases into scalable AI/ML architectures.
• Define data pipelines and machine learning workflows using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and related services.
• Lead architecture design sessions and create architecture artifacts (solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, etc.).
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure architecture implementation aligns with business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and performance.
• Provide technical leadership on AI governance, model management, MLOps, and responsible AI practices.
• Stay current on healthcare payer industry trends, regulations, and innovations in AI/ML.
