Founded in 2008, LightSpeed Studios has created over 50 games across multiple platforms and genres for more than 4 billion registered users. It is the co-developer of worldwide hit PUBG MOBILE.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of AI-Agent and virtual human-related products in the market, focusing on their core experiences and application scenarios.
Identify user core experience needs and define the core experiences and application scenarios for AI-Agent virtual characters. Develop relevant product plans, set phased goals, design experiences, and provide and follow up on specific solutions.
Based on the core experiences, create complete multimodal virtual characters, including but not limited to personality settings, appearance, voice, actions, expressions, interactions, and customizations. Facilitate close collaboration among various functions such as programming and art.
Centered around AI-Agent virtual characters, design and implement relevant system structures and core system experiences based on our application scenarios.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, with more than 3 years of experience in internet AI products; experience with AI-Agent and virtual human-related projects is preferred.
Passionate about AI with a clear understanding of AI-related applications (including LLM, Agent, digital humans, voice, etc.) and knowledge of related technical principles.
Sensitive to human-computer interaction and voice interaction experiences, with aesthetic sense and relevant design capabilities.
High enthusiasm, strong learning ability, and high emotional perception.
