In this role 

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key technical role in high-impact data science and AI/ML initiatives. You will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions that turn complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI systems.

  • Lead end-to-end AI and data science projects, from understanding business needs to delivering robust solutions
  • Analyze, model and interpret complex datasets, and clearly communicate insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Design and optimize machine learning models tailored to real-world business problems
  • Build reliable data pipelines to transform raw data into high-quality inputs for training and inference
  • Design, maintain and continuously improve MLOps pipelines for automated training, deployment and monitoring
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary IT, engineering and business teams
  • Share your expertise by mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to technical best practices

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in AI, data science or machine learning engineering
  • Degree from a technical university
  • Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, MLOps practices and production-grade ML systems
  • Good knowledge of software engineering fundamentals (Linux/Windows, Git, APIs, data storage)
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English
  • Willingness to travel within Romandie

Skills Required
