Conduct research and test new ideas quickly and broadly in order to ultimately deliver them to clients. Ideas may come from a variety of sources. From creating experiments and prototypes to designing new algorithms, the goal is to deliver real-world solutions to real-world problems using artificial intelligence, data mining, natural language processing. Publishes/contributes to AI scientific advancement.
Essential Functions
• Guides team members in identifying gaps in current AI/ML research
• Guides the creation and definition of a research agenda for a particular topic
• Guides the creation of experiments and prototype ideas
• Facilitates the acceptance and adoption of new ideas by relevant teams to drive innovation in the organization
• Participates in conversations with partner universities and researches communities as both an active contributor and end user
• Publishes innovative research demonstrating good presentation and writing skills
Qualifications
• Master's Degree Master’s Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field
• 4-6 years demonstrated experience in cutting edge ML/AI research
• Experience using C/C++, R, Python, Go, Deep learning or equivalent

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł177,500.00 - zł329,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Skills Required
