The Opportunity:
As a Atomic AI’s Senior AI Engineer, you will combine expertise in MLOps with broader AI engineering skills to drive our mission of revolutionizing drug discovery and development through AI-powered solutions.
This is a hybrid position with three days a week in our South San Francisco office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MLOps initiatives to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our biotech workflows
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of intensive and relevant experience in DevOps / SRE / SWE roles
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Proven track record in AWS cloud infrastructure, especially for ML applications
- Expertise in designing and implementing MLOps pipelines
- Experience with MLOps observability tools and principles
- Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and their applications
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Bazel build system
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Pulumi and Terraform
- Familiarity with PyTorch and JAX
- Knowledge of experiment tracking tools like Weights and Biases
- Background in bioinformatics or computational biology
Salary Range: $190,000/year to $220,000/year + equity + benefits
