As a Principal AI Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, including agentic workflows, multi-agent collaboration (MCP), and AI-to-AI (A2A) systems. Your work will drive innovation and automation, ensuring our AI systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the latest advancements in AI. Responsibilities
• AI Architecture & Development: Design and deploy agentic workflows and MCP systems to automate and optimize complex processes.
• A2A Systems: Develop frameworks for AI-to-AI interaction, enabling seamless collaboration between AI systems.
• Innovation & Research: Lead R&D in explainable AI, federated learning, and privacy-preserving techniques to enhance model performance and trust.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core platforms and workflows.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Ethical AI: Ensure AI models and workflows adhere to ethical standards and best practices.
Skills
