Job Description- Develop and deploy AI/ML models and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Integrate LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Mistral) via APIs to enhance automation and decision-making.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for querying documentation (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Build multi-agent coordination patterns (e.g., planner-executor, supervisor-worker).
- Automate workflows by integrating with Jira, Bitbucket, Git, and MS Teams.
- Analyze logs, time series, and event data to identify bottlenecks and optimize delivery pipelines.
- Ensure observability and auditability of AI agents through cloud logging and tracing.
- 10+ years of experience in software delivery and SDLC.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and agentic architectures.
- 5+ years in a technical leadership role (e.g., CTO, lead architect).
- At least 1 reference project in Machine Learning.
- At least 2 reference projects in Generative AI, preferably including Agentic AI.
- Strong experience with API integration, vector databases, prompt engineering, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.
- Fluent in English.

- Rate: up to 300 PLN/H net + VAT
